LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is one of the UK’s most popular family theme parks, offering a vibrant, LEGO-themed experience packed with over 55 rides and attractions. Designed primarily for families with younger children, the park combines interactive rides, themed lands, and immersive experiences to create a fun and engaging day out.

From high-energy attractions like Flight of the Sky Lion and Fire & Ice Freefall to family favourites such as The Dragon rollercoaster and the LEGO® NINJAGO® ride, there is something for all ages. Younger visitors can enjoy DUPLO Valley, including gentle rides and play areas, while interactive experiences like the City Driving School and Deep Sea Adventure add even more variety to the day.

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is committed to providing a mobility friendly and accessible experience, although the park is built on a natural hill, meaning some areas include inclines and may require assistance for wheelchair users. Pathways throughout the park are concrete-laid, and accessible routes are available.

Disabled parking is available in both on-site car parks, with the furthest spaces located approximately 120 metres from the main entrance. Level access is provided from parking areas to the entrance.

The park offers a Priority Access Pass for guests who are unable to queue for extended periods due to a disability or medical condition. This system is now managed in partnership with Nimbus Disability, meaning guests must apply at least 7 days in advance. The pass allows eligible visitors to access rides via alternative entrances or return times, helping to reduce the need to stand in queues.

Accessible toilet facilities are located throughout the park, including in The Beginning, Heartlake City, DUPLO Valley, Knights Kingdom, Pirate Shores, and Bricktopia. These include features such as grab rails, transfer space, lowered sinks, and emergency alarms. A RADAR key is required to access these facilities.

A Changing Places toilet is available in Heartlake City, equipped with a height-adjustable bench, mobile hoist, peninsular toilet, privacy screen, and emergency alarm, providing additional support for guests with higher accessibility needs.

LEGOLAND also offers a sensory space in Heartlake City, providing a calm and quiet environment for guests with autism or sensory sensitivities. This space is designed to help visitors take a break from the busy park environment and is managed to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.

Free carer tickets are available for eligible guests who can provide appropriate documentation, such as DLA/PIP letters, Blue Badge, Access Card, or other recognised evidence. In some cases, a second carer ticket may be granted where additional support needs are demonstrated.

Most rides are accessible, but guests must be able to transfer from their wheelchair to the ride vehicle either independently or with assistance from a companion, as staff are unable to assist with lifting for safety reasons.

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the park but are not permitted on rides. They must remain supervised at all times.

With its wide range of family-friendly attractions, structured accessibility systems, and dedicated facilities such as sensory spaces and Changing Places toilets, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a strong choice for families seeking an accessible and inclusive theme park experience in the UK.
