There is a ramp between the car park and the main entrance.
The main pathways are tarmac.
Other pathways such as Wild Meadow are made of Bark & Gravel.
Some areas may require assistance for those in a wheelchair due to the loose and uneven surface.
The enclosures can be viewed from a seated position.
Access around the park is level.
This attraction has partner with KultureCity to provide Sensory inclusivity.
The train is equipped with a wheelchair lift, which allows space for one wheelchair user.
This attraction has a disabled toilet.
This attraction has 2 disabled toilet located in the following areas:
- Restaurant
- Outside Ocean Voyage

- Handrails to the side of the toilet
- Wash basin with lever style tap
- Disposal Facilities
- Transfer space to the side of the toilet
This attraction has partnered with KultureCity to make sure they assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs.

Both of these can be obtained from the reception, you must leave an ID which will be returned to you upon the return of the items.
Two dedicated quiet areas in the park.
These areas are located on the ‘What Am I Trail?’ in the Wild Meadow (Number 13 on the map) and next to the Prairie Dog enclosure (down from number 5 on the map)
This attraction offers free entry to carers accompanying a paying disabled visitor.
