Brodsworth Hall and Gardens
Attraction Information
Brodsworth Hall and Gardens is a stunning historic site located in South Yorkshire, England. The Victorian pleasure gardens have been expertly restored to their former glory, and the house has been conserved to tell the stories of the generations of people who lived and worked there.
For disabled visitors, Brodsworth Hall offers designated parking spaces located close to the entrance, and ramps provide access to the ground floor of the house. The first floor of the house is not accessible, but there is a virtual tour available for those who cannot climb stairs.
Audio guides and large print guides are also available, providing audio descriptions and detailed information about the various rooms and features of the house and gardens. The gardens are accessible with level pathways throughout, and accessible restrooms are available.
The gardens are the perfect place for a peaceful stroll through the statue walks, the fern dell grotto, and the beautiful dells. With seasonal changes, the gardens provide year-round interest. A cafe on site serves a range of hot and cold meals, snacks, and drinks, with accessible seating and service areas.
Becoming a member of English Heritage can provide access to Brodsworth Hall and over 400 other historic sites across the UK. Membership includes free entry to sites, exclusive members’ events, and discounts on purchases.
