Accessibility Information

Parking is £6 per visit at Drayton Manor unless you are a Drayton Manor Hotel guest or are an Annual Pass holder in which case the parking is free.

There are 45 Disabled Spaces and 500+ General Spaces

The disabled parking can be found at the back of the theme park.

The hotel does not have marked disabled spaces however there is a designated parking area for disabled guests.

There is level access from the Disabled Car Park to the Theme Park.

There is level access from the Hotel to the Theme Park. 

There are plenty of seating areas throughout the theme park.

There are 6 Accessible Toilets and a Medical Centre located at the Theme Park

The Medical Centre can be found next to the 4D Cinema

 

The easy access service is a service that allows guests and either +1 or +2 carers which will state on the Nimbus card to use the exit of up to 10 rides throughout the day to assist with the queuing process.

To apply for the Easy Access Service you will have to complete and have received a Nimbus Access Card more information can be found here – Access Card 

To receive an easy access pass you must present your Access Card to a member of staff at the guest services which is located opposite the Bounty Pirate Ship.

Drayton Manor has 6 Accessible toilets located around the park.

All of the toilets include:

  • Handrails to the side of the toilet and wash basin
  • A lowered wash basin
  • Wide Doorway Entry
  • Disposal Facilities
  • Emergency Pull Cord

Toilets are located in the following area’s 

  • Outside the main entrance
  • The top of the hill near Apocalypse,
  • Next to Air Race, in Mrs Kindley’s Kitchen,
  • Thomas Land,
  • The Coach Park and the Old Coach Park and
  • The Thomas Exhibition Centre.
  • They also have toilets located next to Safari Pizza and Pasta, in the zoo. Full details and locations can be found on the park map

There is a hoist room located in the medical centre that includes, a fully adapted adult restroom, an adult changing bed hoist (guests should bring their own sling) and an emergency assistance alarm.

The room is wheelchair friendly, with emergency pull cords fitted, and all relevant support bars.

The hoist room consists of:

  • a toilet
  • a wash hand basin
  • a shower
  • an electric bed
  • a hoist

Assistance Dogs are permitted within the park but they must be kept on a lead/harness at all times and with a member of your party. No service dogs are allowed in the ride queues or within the zoo.

Once you have your Nimbus Access Card you can book your ticket as normal. To claim your Essential Companion Ticket present your card Nimbus Access Card to one of the ticket kiosks on the day of your visit.

Please note you will only receive a free essential companion ticket when accompanying a paying guest 4 years + and your access card displays the +1/+2 symbol.

Wheelchairs are available from the wheelchair hire station at the main entrance on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note that a hire charge of £10 applies to wheelchairs and £25 to Scooters, alongside a cash deposit of £10 is required per wheelchair/buggy.
