Experience an unforgettable day of adventure and wildlife at Longleat Safari and Adventure Park, the top-rated UK Safari Park. Encounter a vast array of wild animals on the unique safari drive-through. Stay alert as mischievous critters might snatch your food and drive through the lion paddock to glimpse the roaming Longleat lion cubs. Spot Anne the elephant, track the wolf pack, and witness the impressive white rhino up close.
Explore the Jungle Cruise, observe swimming sea lions, and visit the Gorilla Colony and resident hippos, Spot and Sonia. Wander through the Jungle Kingdom’s meerkat enclosure to see playful creatures, including porcupines, giant anteaters, aardvarks, and more in their swamp-like habitat.
Walk through the African village, encountering giraffes and zebras, watch the giraffes feed, experience the Lemur Walk, and meet the koalas in Koala Creek. Engage with lorikeets, explore the bat cave and monkey temple for an immersive experience. Longleat Safari and Adventure Park offer an action-packed day for the entire family.

Main Car Park
This car park is close to the attraction’s main walk-around section.
This car park has 48 disabled spaces within 150 meters of the walk-around section.
African Village
This car park has 7 disabled parking spaces.
These parking spaces are within 100 metres of the walk around sections.
The car parks are tarmac-laid and on a level surface.
There is level access from the disabled parking to walk-around sections – toilets and eating establishments.
The pathways around the park are concrete and on a level surface.
Access to Longleat House for visitors with limited mobility and for wheelchair users is via the rear of Longleat House
Only 2 wheelchairs are permitted within the Longleat house at any one time for fire safety regulations.

The Jungle Cruise is accessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
Designated seating can accommodate up to 4 wheelchair users per boat.
There is a specially adapted train carriage that can accommodate one wheelchair user and their companion.
Due to the nature of the maze it is inaccessible to wheelchair users
The Adventure Castle play area has some accessible play equipment for those in a wheelchair such as a Wheelchair swing. Not all equipment in the play area is accessible to those with mobility problems.
Access to some of the historic attractions may be via cobbled pathways, steps or steep ramps.
All eating establishments bar the Orangery are accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility problems.
This attraction has a limited number of Wheelchair and Mobility scooters available for hire

It is recommended you ring our Guest Services team on 01985 844400 before your visit a non-monetary deposit will be required.
Mobility Scooters:
- These are available to reserve before your visit by emailing enquiries@longleat.co.uk or by contacting us on 01985 844400. Alternatively, you can hire one on the day with the Guest Services team.
- Mobility Scooters are available from 10am to 30 minutes before the Park closes (subject to availability).
- There is a £20 hire charge to use one of our mobility scooters, payable via card only, and a returnable non-monetary deposit (normally house or car keys) will be required.

Assistance dogs are permitted within this attraction however there are areas that they are not permitted within these are the following:
- Safari Park,
- Jungle Kingdom,
- Jungle Cruise,
- Monkey Temple,
- Animal Adventure.
This attraction provides basic kenneling facilities at the Safari drive-through entrance.
There are limited spaces at this kennel & dogs are not supervised while at this facility.
This attraction offers free entry to carers on a 1:1 basis for carers accompanying a paying disabled guest.
To be eligible for free entry you must provide evidence in one of the following forms:
- DWP Paperwork stating your disability
- PIP Paperwork
- DLA Paperwork
- DR’s letter on NHS headed paper stating your need for a carer
