Knowledgeable keepers are always on hand to provide regular talks about the animals, allowing you to learn more about their habits and behaviors.
For the little ones, there’s an outdoor play area with a large sand pit, as well as the Jungle Bounce, a giant bouncy castle. And when it’s time to refuel, head to the park’s café for delicious pizzas, coffee, and cakes.

This attraction offers free entry to carers accompanying a paying disabled guest.
To be eligible for free entry you must provide evidence in one of the following forms:

This attraction offers Sensory Bags for hire, a £20 refundable deposit is required.

These bags have limited availability and are on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
Assistance dogs are permitted within the park however they are not allowed within the walkthrough areas.
