The walkthrough enclosures are wheelchair accessible however some assistance may be required to open the doors

This attraction has a disabled toilet located near the main entrance.

This toilet features the following:

  • Wash basin with lever style tap
  • Transfer space to the side of the toilet
  • Handrails to the side of the toilet and wash basin
  • Disposal Facilities
  • Emergency Pull Cord

This attraction offers free entry to carers accompanying a paying disabled guest.

To be eligible for free entry you must provide evidence in one of the following forms:

  • DLA / PIP Paperwork
  • DWP Paperwork
  • Carer’s ID card from carer organisation or council

This attraction offers Sensory Bags for hire, a £20 refundable deposit is required.

These bags have limited availability and are on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

Assistance dogs are permitted within the park however they are not allowed within the walkthrough areas.
