This attraction has its own car park

This car park has no dedicated disabled spaces

There is on street parking to the front of the attraction.

Blue Badge holders may park in the marked spaces at the Borough Council’s St. Nicholas car park, opposite the Pleasure Beach Main Entrance

There is level access from the car park to the main entrance

Wheelchair access to the park is via the main entrance and Gate B entrances

Access throughout the site is level

Certain rides/attractions in our parks can be physically demanding and vigorous. They therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to certain rides/attractions should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason

Accessible toilets can be found at the following locations:

• Next to the Pleasure Beach Inn
• Behind the Haunted Hotel attraction
• Opposite the main entrance by our Sales and Information Kiosk

A Radar key is required for access and a key can be borrowed (for a £5.00 deposit) from either the Food Court, the Pleasure Beach Inn, Customer Information point and our Sales and Information kiosk.

Please note: There are no accessible toilet facilities available at the Bonanza toilets.

The above location feature the following:

• Wash basin with lever style taps
• Handrails to the side of the toilet and the wash basin
• Transfer space to the side of the toilet
• Disposal facilities

A discounted wristband for eligible customers is available at the Sales and Information Kiosk by the main entrance.

You will be asked to provide proof of eligibility to receive a discounted wristband. Please note that discounted wristbands are not available to pre-purchase online.

Acceptable forms of proof for Disability include:

• Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP- Identification required)
• Blue Badge (photo ID required)
• Signed letter from GP (photo ID required)
• Access Card

Guide Dogs are welcome in the Park, however for safety reasons, dogs will not be able to accompany guests onto the rides. 

Guide dogs may accompany their owner as far as the loading point. 

Please ensure that guide dogs are left with another member of the group and not left unattended.

The park itself is at ground level, it is laid out in such a way that it is easy for disabled guests to both gain access and travel around enjoying the Pleasure Beach sights and sounds.

Exit gates may be used for easier access to certain rides. (see individual ride information) In such cases please make yourself known to staff to facilitate your entrance.

Where appropriate, a guest with disabilities should ensure that they have a suitable helper with them to assist with loading, unloading, observance of safety restrictions/messages and any emergency/evacuation procedures.

Please note that Helpers/Carers will not be allowed preferential access unless they are accompanying a Guest with a disability onto the ride.
