The car park is gravel laid so some assistance for those in wheelchairs may be needed.

27 of the 34 rides are wheelchair accessible.

All shops and Food/Drink establishments are wheelchair accessible.

All displays are wheelchair accessible.

Some of the rides feature flash photography and may not be suitable for those who suffer from Epileptic seizures or photosensitivity.

Wheelchair hire is available on a first come first serve basis we reccomend providing your own.

This attraction has 4 accessible toilets located in the following areas:

• In front of the Bumpercar Garage
• At the main entrance
• Next to Woody’s Tea Party
• Next to Jolly Roger

All of the above facilities feature the following:

• Lowered wash basin with lever style tap
• Transfer space to the side of the toilet
• Fixed hand rails to the side of the toilet
• Fixed hand rails to the side of the wash basin
• Disposal facilities
• Emergency alarm

Priority Boarding allows guests to enter via the exit lane on the rides.

Please note there is no priority boarding on Cannonball Express or Wavebreaker.

It allows Priority Boarding each ride every half an hour.

Guests with the Priority wristband can be accompanied by three guests.

This attraction offers a Fixed Concession price for disabled guests and carers at the cost of £18.50.

To be eligible for this discount you must provide one of the following evidence:

• A certified NHS Letter from your doctor or consultant clearly stating why you are eligible for the policy
• A DLA, DWP or PIP letter
• A blue badge along with an additional form of photographic identification
• If a registered carer accompanies a disabled guest, they need to present proof of being the registered carer.

27 Of the 24 rides are wheelchair accessible however transfer onto the ride from the wheel chair will be required.
