At Dreamland they have both Manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters available for rental
Wheelchair Rental: £20 refundable deposit
Mobility Scooter Rental: £25 Refundable Deposit plus £30 Daily hire fee
Dreamland has accessible restrooms located throughout the park for guests with disabilities.
these are equiped with:
- Grab rails: Grab rails are installed around the toilet and the sink to provide support and stability for people with mobility impairments.
- Larger cubicles: Disabled toilets are typically larger than standard toilets to accommodate wheelchair users.
- Lowered toilet seat: The toilet seat is often lowered to make it easier for people with mobility impairments to transfer from their wheelchair.
- Emergency pull cord: An emergency pull cord is usually installed in the disabled toilet cubicle to allow users to call for help in case of an emergency.
- Wide doors: The entrance door to the accessible toilet is wider than standard doors to accommodate wheelchairs.
- Sink and hand dryer: The sink and hand dryer are often installed at a lower height to be accessible to wheelchair users.

Dreamland has a number of staff trained in British sign language and makaton to assist with information on the rides and shows, they also have hearing loops within their theatres so everybody can enjoy the shows.
Every Tuesday between 8AM + 10 AM dreamland run a sen session where there is a limited number of people admitted to the park, they ask that proof of sen needs are brought with you and presented upon arrival, this can be in a form of a Nimbus Accessible card or relevent documents ( DLA award/Pip Award/ Medical Proffesional Letters on headed paper) if you have any questions about sen needs or the sen sessions please contact dreamland directly on 01234-567-890 or Info@dreamland.sample
Dreamland goes above and beyond to cater to visitors with sensory needs. The park offers a peaceful and calming Quiet Room where individuals can take a break from the excitement of the park when it becomes overwhelming. In addition, a state-of-the-art Sensory Room is available, fully equipped with sensory toys, books, and specialist equipment to help regulate sensory needs. This ensures that visitors of all abilities can enjoy the park to the fullest and have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Dreamland offers a ride access pass for those who may have difficulty standing or queuing for an extended period of time, this will allow the user + 4 guests to access the rides and shows either via a dedicated entrance or the exit of the attraction, please make a member of the team aware of your presence when entering and they will help you as best as they can.
To be eligible for a ride access pass you will need to present one of the following upon arrival Nimbus Accessible card or relevent documents ( DLA award/Pip Award/ Medical Proffesional Letters on headed paper)Â
