Rides & Attractions With over 30 rides and attractions spread across 50 acres, there’s something for everyone at Sundown Adventureland. From the thrilling Rocky Mountain Ride and Giddy Piggy ride, to the adventurous Okie Yolkie ride and Pirate Adventure, there are plenty of exciting experiences for kids to enjoy. Take a walk through Monkey Mischief and join in on the fun with the interactive animals. The Jolly Pirate boat ride is a must for little ones who love to splash and play!
Sundown Adventureland is the perfect place for families with young children to enjoy a day of fun, without having to worry about the bigger rides that they may not be tall enough for. Proper supervision of children is required at all times, and no one under 18 is allowed without a responsible adult. So come and make some memories with your little ones at Sundown Adventureland!

All paths around Sundown Adventureland are flat with no hills.
All surfaces around the park are concrete or block paving, with the acceptance of the cowboy street which is a loose bark surface with some wooden boardwalks.
All of the rides and attractions are accessible with a wheelchair to platform areas, however on all the rides you will need to be able to transfer from a wheelchair onto the ride with the help of your carer, who will have to sit with you on that ride to assist you with boarding and alighting the rides.
Carers will also have to be able to assist you in the event of an emergency.
Some rides do have restrictions for guests with broken limbs. Please see specific ride information for individual rides.

Toilets with disabled access are located at the park entrance (main toilet block), Rodeo Corral café and Crash Landings café.
All of the above locations have the following facilities
- Wash basin with lever style taps
- Hand rails to the side of the toilet and the wash basin
- Transfer space to the side of the toilet
- Disposal facilities
- Guests seeking Queue Assist Pass must provide valid disability proof (e.g., GP’s letter, official association membership, council-run membership).
- DLA letters and blue/orange badges are not accepted as disability proof.
- Upon approval, a Queue Assist Pass is issued, valid for one day, date-stamped and logged by staff.
- Pass holder must be accompanied on rides by at least one helper over 16 years old.
- If the guest can’t ride unaccompanied, an adult over 18 must accompany them.
- The number of carers allowed varies by ride and compatibility.
- Pass holder must be present at all times during rides.
- Access rides per Ride Information leaflet instructions.
- Queue Assist is not a fast pass; waiting may be required at ride exits for safe boarding.
- Rides on the pass can only be used once per day, subject to time constraints.
- Not applicable to character meet and greets, The Night Before Christmas, or special events.
- Park staff can’t assist with lifting guests onto/off rides for safety.
- Ride Operator’s decision is final regarding guest ride eligibility.
- Queue Assist Passes are Sundown Adventureland’s property.
Admittance allowed for registered, fully trained assistance dogs.
Assistance Dogs will not be allowed to accompany guests on the rides, please ensure the dog is left with another member of your group and not left unattended at any time.
