Take a drive through the animal reserves and get up close with rhinos, lions, camels and antelope.Keep an eye out for the troop of monkeys in the famous Macaque Drive-Thru – don’t forget to close your windows! Then, venture into the free-roaming lemur habitat for a walk on the wild side. Don’t forget to visit the animal viewing platforms to catch glimpses of giraffes, zebras, meerkats, penguins and more. Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to learn lots of fun facts and fascinating insights at the educational talks, sea lion training demonstrations and bird of prey presentations.  Blair Drummond Safari Park also offers animal experiences, including the chance to be a Keeper for a Day!
Fun activities abound at the park, with a giant Fun Fort, a pirate ship and a sand pit to thrill kids of all ages. Children can also enjoy a giant astroglideslide and pedal boats at no additional cost.
To top it all off, the Blair Drummond Safari Parkalso boasts one of the UK’s best dinosaur attractions, featuring over 20 life-size roaring and stomping dinosaurs in a prehistoric forest.

This car park has a dedicated disabled parking section
Due to the nature of this attraction all most animals can be viewed from a vehicle within the safari drive.
The pathways around the park are concrete laid and provide level access.
There are designated wheelchair spaces at the bird of prey display.
There is level access throughout most of the site.
There are steps to access Chimp Island & Ticket Office.
There is level access to the BBQ Area.
There is level access to the Lion, Giraffe & Tiger Viewing Platforms.
There is level access to Rhino House, Meerkat Mansion , Pets Farm, Elephant House, Lemur Land, Amusement Rides, Birds Of Prey Centre, Sea Lion Building, Dinosaurs, All eating establishments.
This attraction has 3 accessible toilets located in the main toilet blocks.
These toilets feature the following:
- Wash basin with lever style tap
- Handrails to the side of the toilet and wash basin
- Disposal Facilities
- Outwards opening door
This attraction has a changing place toilet located beside the car park.
A RADAR Key is required to access this facility these can be obtained from a member of staff or if you would prefer to take your own they can be purchased here – RADAR Key

On busy days, they understand queue times can be tough.
They are now part of the Hidden Disabilities Scheme and stock a number of sunflower lanyards which are free for guests to borrow.
These lanyards are designed to let a team know that you might need support, help or a little extra time.
Simply show your lanyard to the staff members and they will do their best to move you to the front of the queue.
If you require to bring an assistance dog into the park, please inform the admissions staff when you arrive. Blair Drummond Safari Park reserves the right to require proof of vaccination for any assistance dogs for the safety of the animals.
There are areas in the Safari Park where it is not safe for assistance dogs to enter areas such as:
- The drive-thru animal reserves
- Birds of Prey centre
- Lemur Land
- The walkway by the lion enclosure fence
- The lion platform
- The tiger platform
- Pets Farm
This attraction offers free entry to carers alongside a paying disabled guest.
To be eligible for free entry you must present evidence in one of the following forms:
- A carer’s letter,
- PIP/DLA letter showing that a carer is required,
- A ‘plus one’ travel card,
- An Access Card
