Blackpool Pleasure Beach is one of the UK’s most iconic seaside theme parks, offering a mix of high-thrill rollercoasters, family rides, and attractions for all ages. Both EasyPass and Essential Companion tickets are now managed through Nimbus Disability. Visitors must apply in advance for a Nimbus ID or Access Card, at least seven days before their visit. This process replaces traditional documentation, meaning that Blue Badges, DLA or PIP letters, and doctor’s notes are no longer accepted for accessibility support at the park.

Essential Companion tickets are available for guests who require significant additional support during their visit. If eligible, a companion can enter the park free of charge to assist with access, safety, and overall experience.

The park also offers additional accessibility features, including adult changing facilities located in Nickelodeon Land, complete with a hoist, changing bed, and emergency alarm. A RADAR key is required for access, although assistance can be requested on-site if needed.

For visitors with sensory needs, Blackpool Pleasure Beach provides sensory backpacks and a dedicated learning and sensory space, helping to create a more comfortable and supportive environment. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are also permitted, in line with the park’s policies.

Wheelchair hire is available, and staff are on hand throughout the park to provide support where possible. As with most large theme parks, some rides may have physical restrictions, and guests are encouraged to review ride requirements in advance to ensure suitability.
