Pathways throughout the formal gardens and main areas are mostly flat and tarmac, with some gravel surfaces in certain garden sections. Ramped access is provided into the shop and tearoom, and the ground floor of the hall is accessible. A small Victorian lift provides access to the first floor for some visitors, although access may be limited depending on wheelchair size, and certain areas such as the servants’ bedrooms require steps. Manual wheelchairs are available to borrow if mobility scooters are unsuitable for the interior spaces.

An accessible toilet is located in the adapted toilet block approximately 50 metres from the hall, featuring handrails, lever taps and transfer space. Audio described tours and large print guides are available to help visitors explore the hall and gardens, and a virtual tour allows those unable to access upper floors to experience additional areas of the property. The on site café offers accessible seating and a comfortable place to rest, while assistance dogs are welcome throughout the grounds.
