Accessible toilet facilities are available onsite, including grab rails, a lowered wash basin and emergency pull cord. While certain elevated viewing platforms and VIP experience areas are accessed via stairs and are not wheelchair accessible, the main exhibits remain accessible. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the attraction.
