- All visits must be booked online, those not pre-booked may not be able to enter if capacity for that time has been reached.
- Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18+.
- All children under 2 must be booked in and have a valid ticket (free of charge).
- No children under the age of 5 will be admitted to London Dungeon.
- For the London Eye River Cruise, guests must arrive at least 15 minutes early at Boarding Point 2 on the Pier. For London Dungeon and Shreks Adventure London please arrive at the attraction 15 minutes prior to BSL Tour.
- The London Eye River Cruise wheelchair lift can accommodate standard size wheelchairs only. Wheelchair tickets must be pre-booked, please visit our Help Centre for more information.
