Spread across 25 acres of the New Forest, this wildlife park is home to a vast array of fascinating creatures, including adorable Asian short-clawed otters, majestic European Bison, and magnificent Red Deer, just to name a few. Knowledgeable keepers are available all day to provide further information during feeding time and talks, adding to your educational experience.
Both kids and adults will enjoy the ‘Go Wild’ and ‘Mini Go Wild’ adventure playgrounds, complete with sand pits, diggers, slides, climbing frames, and swings. It’s the perfect way to add a little play and adventure to your visit.

Accessibility Information
This attraction has its own car park.
There is level access from the car park to the main entrance.
The car park is tarmac laid with some compact dirt areas.
The woodland trails and natural forest environment may pose difficulties for some visitors.
The main pathways around the park are compact dirt with loose gravel topping.Â
Due to the natural terrain of the park, the pathways include both inclines and declines throughout and assistance may be required for those in a wheelchair.
The enclosures can be viewed from a seated position.
When the weather is wet the pathways can be come muddy and difficult to navigate with mobility aids.

Only Registered Assistance Dogs are welcome to visit New Forest Wildlife ParkÂ
All dogs must wear their harness/uniform and be on a short lead where applicable.
Assistance dog identification/registration may be requested.
For the welfare of the wolves, lynx and free-roaming wallabies, dogs are not allowed to walk through Wallaby Wood
Please ensure your dog does not upset other visitors or the animals.
This attraction offers discounted rates to visitors with disabilities and their carers (one carer per visiting adult or child with disabilities or special educational needs).
To be eligible for this discount you must provide evidence in one of the following forms:
- Blue Badge,
- Access Card or similar.
- DWP letter (i.e PIP, DLA)
- Statement of special educational needs from a LEA
- A letter from a medical professional on NHS headed paper stating carer required
