All doorways within this venue are designed to allow space for wheelchair users

Pathways around the park are designed to allow for access for wheelchair users.

The cafes within this venue are wheelchair accessible

To ensure everyone’s safety, staff reserve the right to deny access to physically demanding rides if they pose a safety risk to individuals.

Visitors with access needs are required to have at least one helper over the age of 18 accompany them onto the rides.

• Lowered wash basin with lever style tap
• Fixed handrails to the side of the wash basin
• Fixed and Dropdown handrails to the side of the toilet
• Disposal facilities
• Emergency pull cord and alarm

There is special fixed pricing for those visiting with a disability and carers.

Carers tickets are sold on a 1:1 basis 

To be eligible for a Disabled Concession you must provide at least on evidence In the following forms:

•  a blue badge
• a letter from a recognised authority (eg NHS)
• a letter from a GP, specialist consultant or hospital etc.
• PIP/ DLA Paperwork dated within 12 months
