Disabled Parking:

    • Enter via NEC Gate 1 and security will direct you to site side parking.
    • Pre-booking required through the Disabled Parking Booking Request Form.
    • Submit the form at least 3 days in advance to secure a reservation.

Booking Disabled Parking:

    • Complete the Disabled Parking Booking Request Form on the website.
    • Submit the form at least 3 days in advance for processing.
    • Reservations made on the day cannot be guaranteed.

Medical Sign Off for Activities:

    • Guests are requested to read the relevant activity waiver before visiting.
    • Activity waivers can be found on the website.

Wheelchair Access:

    • The Bear Grylls Adventure offers step-free access throughout.
    • The facility is wheelchair accessible.

Wheelchair Accessible Activities:

    • Wheelchair users can participate in Shooting, Archery, Escape Room, Dive, Snorkel, and iFLY activities.
    • High Ropes and Climb activities are currently not wheelchair accessible but efforts are being made for future accessibility.

Disabled Changing Facilities:

    • Disabled changing facilities available for Dive and Snorkel activities.
    • For other activities, guests are advised to arrive adventure-ready in comfortable active wear and lace-up trainers.

Disabled Toilets:

    • Wheelchair accessible disabled toilets located on the ground floor of the attraction.

Sensory Effects:

    • The attraction and some activities incorporate sensory effects such as audio, visual, touch, and smell.

Age Restrictions: Participants must be 8+ years. 8 and 9 year olds must be accompanied on the activity by an adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket. Guests aged 10-16 years will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied. Parent or guardian accompanying those aged 10 to 13 is required to remain on site.

    • Explore from the Snorkel cage for up to 20 minutes
    • Full briefing from our team before taking the plunge
