There are several ways to discover and learn about the park’s inhabitants. You can embark on a themed trail sheet challenge, listen to students and staff sharing their knowledge, or even book an animal experience to get up close and personal with lemurs or tortoises. The park is situated in a historic arboretum, surrounded by stunning woodlands to explore and a small play park nestled in the trees.
Each day offers a diverse range of activities, from crafts and storytelling to hands-on animal encounters with delightfully creepy bugs and exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpses.

Assistance dogs are permitted within this attraction however there are guidelines to follow:
- Immunisations must be up to date and evidence must be shown
- You must move your dog away from any enclosure where the animal may be showing signs of distress or disturbance while a dog is present
- You must clean up after your dog
- It is advised that your dog wears a vest or harness displaying its designated role.
- Please let a member of staff know that an assistance dog will be accompanying you on your visit.
