Cheese Room Cottage is a converted brick building on a working farm, designed specifically for guests with disabilities. The ground floor offers level accommodation with underfloor heating and wide doorways. The large double bedroom has electric profiling beds, adaptable into two singles or a superking, suitable for hoists. The accessible wetroom includes a comfort-height WC, drop-down rails, wall-mounted shower seat, and wheel-under washbasin with a hand-held shower attachment. The cozy living area comprises a dining space, accessible kitchen, comfortable lounge with a riser/recliner chair, sofa, and log-burner. An upstairs single bedroom accommodates a carer or extra family member. Outside, a large fenced patio or adjacent parking ensures wheelchair accessibility. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with scenic dog walks nearby. Explore the charming rural location and nearby attractions, such as Hodnet Hall Gardens, Shrewsbury, Alderford Lake, Ellesmere’s lakes, and historic sites like Ironbridge and Chester.
