This venue does not have its own car park

There is plenty of on-street parking within 100 metres of the attraction.

The closest car park is the Agate Road car park, there are 2 disabled spaces within this car park.

The main ticket box is situated halfway down the pier on the ground floor with step-free, level access throughout.

There are some bench seats situated towards the pier neck and also at various places around the pier.

The main section of the pier is undercover and sheltered all being wheelchair accessible with overhead lighting.

Public toilets are located halfway down the pier neck, all accessible by wheelchair with no steps.

These toilets are open from Easter until October each year.

Toilets are also situated on the ground floor in the Boardwalk Bar.

This also houses a unisex disabled toilet with handrails, the key for which can be obtained from the boardwalk bar.

There is also another block of toilets inside the Discovery Bay area.

All of the above toilets feature the following:

• Wash basin with lever-style tap.
• Transfer space to the side of the toilet.
• Handrails to the side of the toilet and the wash basin.
• Disposal Facilities.

Clacton Pavilion offers a free carer wristband to carers accompanying disabled guests.
