This attraction does have its own car park

This car park has dedicated disabled parking

The disabled parking is roughly 60 metres from the main entrance.

The majority of the paths are flat & tarmacked. All indoor areas are wheelchair accessible. 

There is a slight incline throughout the park, those in wheelchairs may require assistance.

This attraction has 4 disabled toilets and a changing place.

This attraction offers a Ride Access Pass.

The larger accessible toilet, located at the top of the Theme Park opposite Adventure Zone, requires a RADAR key. These can be located from Lavazza in Atlantis, Adventurers’ Bar, Gift Shop, and the Information window at the main entrance.

Disabled toilets are located in the following areas:

• Main Entrance
• Next to Jungle Journey
• Behind the Go Karts
• Next To The Driving School

All of the above locations feature the following:

• Handrails to the side of the toilet and the wash basin
• Wash basin with lever style tap
• Disposal facilities
• Transfer space

Crealy has a dedicated Changing place toilet located opposite the Adventure Zone at the top of the park

This changing place features the following:

• Mobile Hoist
• Privacy Screens
• Height Adjustable Bed

CARERS ADMISSION

Crealy offer FREE admission to  Registered employed carers accompanying a visiting guest with additional needs (People that are employed as carers, proof of employment will be required.)

CARER CONCESSIONS 

Craly also offers discounted admission rates to carers of guests receiving the higher rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or the Disability Living Allowance. The person you care for will need to provide proof of their disability. 

Please note: Blue badge holders are not automatically entitled to free or discounted rate admission, the correct documentation would also need to be supplied.

Assistance dogs are welcome into the park however, for safety reasons, dogs will not be able to accompany guests onto the rides.

Assistance dogs may accompany their owner as far as the loading point, but please ensure that guide dogs are left with another member of the group and not left unattended.

• Guests with additional needs unable to queue may qualify for a ride pass, allowing up to three helpers to use the ride exit for easier access.
• Request ride passes from park management or at the ticket office with a signed letter from a GP or medical professional confirming the inability to queue.
• A visual assessment or DLA letter alone isn’t sufficient for a ride pass.
• On busy days, some queuing may still be required at the ride exit for pass holders.
• The ride access pass reduces queuing time but doesn’t grant priority or ‘next rider’ status.
• A ride pass doesn’t guarantee access to all rides at any time; it reduces queuing time.
• On quieter days, a pass may not be needed.
• Crealy doesn’t sell ride access passes, providing them only to those with genuine additional needs.
