Wheelchairs are available for hire from Guest Relations for a £20 returnable deposit fee. These are limited in number and are available on a first come, first served basis.

• Transfer space to the side of the toilet

To be eligible for the concessionary discounted entry rate you will need to provide one of the following documents:

• MAX Card
• DLA or PIP letter (with photo ID of the person named within the letter).

Please produce one of these documents upon arrival, this admits TWO persons at the concessionary rate (priced per person) during Summer, and variable discounts on Christmas and other special events tickets.

The concessionary rate for your chosen ticket will appear in the ticket options where applicable.

• Ride Access Pass excludes certain rides: Flying Raft, Veteran Cars, Jungle Falls, Twist & Joust, Gulliver’s Travels, Boots, and Ponies.
• Guests with specific needs unable to queue may qualify for a ride pass allowing them and up to three helpers to use the ride exit for easier access.
• Request ride passes from park management or guest relations with a GP’s diagnosis letter proving inability to queue; no pre-booking allowed.
• Concession rate and ride access pass are separate adjustments, and eligibility requires proof for either or both.
• Concession ticket holders aren’t automatically eligible for a ride access pass.
• Those eligible for a ride access pass can choose it alone or in combination with the concession rate.
• A DLA letter alone is insufficient for a ride pass.
• Gulliver’s is popular for guests with special needs; on busy days, some queuing may still be necessary.
• Ride access pass reduces queuing time, doesn’t grant priority status or access to all rides.
• On quieter days, a ride pass may not be necessary.
• Gulliver’s doesn’t sell fast-passes, providing ride access passes only for genuine additional needs.
