This attraction has its own car park.

This car park has 20 dedicated disabled parking spaces.

The disabled parking is roughly 50 metres from the main walk-around section.

There is level access from the car park to the walk-around section.

The walk-around area has level access with ramped access at all kerbs.

The pathways around the enclosure walk through are compact earth with a loose surface, these paths can become muddy in wet weather and some assistance may be required for those in a wheelchair.

This attraction has 4 accessible toilets located in the following areas:

• Beside the courtyard shop
• Beside the courtyard restaurant
• Beside the car park
• At the Safari Entrance

All facilities above feature the following:

• Handrails to the side of the toilet and wash basin
• Wash basin with lever style tap
• Disposal facilities
• Outwards opening door
• Transfer space to the side of the toilet

This attraction has a changing place toilet located in the car park by the disabled parking.

This facility features the following:

• Adult sized changing bed – fixed height
• Mobile Hoist
• Peninsular toilet
• Handrails to the side of the toilet and wash basin
• Disposal facilities

Assistance dogs are permitted within this attraction however they are not allowed through the Safari Drive-Through.

They do however provide basic accommodation for your dog should.

A £10.00 refundable padlock is available at reception on arrival.

The kennels provide basic accommodation for your pet.

A water bowl can be provided.

Assistance dogs are allowed access to pedestrian areas but not the animal areas.

This attraction offers free entry for carers accompanying a paying disabled guest on a 1:1 basis.
