Dive down and explore an underwater city adventure as deep sea explorers on the LEGO® City Deep Sea Adventure, or take on the high waters on Viking River Splash for a thrilling Viking fleet ride. And don’t forget to try the City Driving School! Take the wheel and zoom around the LEGO® city, exploring all of its nooks and crannies.

This attraction has its own car park.

This car park has dedicated disabled parking in both car parks.

The furthest disabled parking space is roughly 120 metres from the main entrance.

The site is based on a natural hill so some assistance may be required for those in a wheelchair

The pathways are concrete-laid

Legoland offers a Priority Access Pass for guests who are unable to queue for extended periods due to a disability or medical condition

Legoland offers captioning for some shows and attractions.

This attraction has 6 disabled toilets.

This attraction had 1 Changing place toilet

Most rides are accessible but transfer may be required ( staff can’t assist with Wheelchair transfer )

Disabled toilets can be found in the following locations:

A RADAR key is required to access the above locations it is advised to purchase one before your visit they can be found here – Radar Key

All of the above locations feature the following:

  • Wash basin with lever-style taps
  • Transfer space to the side of the toilet
  • Handrails to the side of the toilet and the wash basin
  • Disposal facilities
  • Emergency Alarm

The Changing Places facility is located in Heartlake City.

This requires a RADAR key to access it, if you do not have one please speak to a member of staff.

Legoland offer a Ride Access Pass for guests who may find it difficult or cannot stand for long periods of time
either due to a physical disability or a learning/emotional impairment.

Having now partnered with Nimbus Disability you must apply for a ride access pass 7 days or more in advance to your visit.

The Ride Access Pass application remains free, with the option to upgrade to a full Access Card for £15. Existing Ride Access Pass holders can continue to use their card as normal.

Guests who have the following documentation are entitled to one free carer* ticket, however, the guest with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price. 

Please show the relevant paperwork as well as suitable photo ID of the named recipient at the ticket office when you buy or collect your ticket/s. For proof of disability, please bring any ONE of the following forms of documentation:

  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.​
  • Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award​
  • Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) Disability Students’ Allowance (DSA), or DID card (UK Disabled ID card).​
  • A valid Blue Badge​
  • In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).​
  • Credibility’s Access Card with the carer/companion symbol

*A carer must be over 14 years of age and understand the ticket-holding guest’s condition, assisting them during their visit.  

Disabled guests who have a specific need for a second helper/carer can request another free ticket, but will need to show that they have a need for a second carer by providing suitable proof, namely a letter, GP or hospital consultant detailing why the second carer is required.

Assistance/guide dogs are welcome in the Theme Park, but unfortunately they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of the rides.

Legoland offers a Sensory Space, located in Heartlake City, designed to provide a calm and quiet space for guests with additional sensory needs to go at any time during your Park visit.

Please note: The Sensory Space is open with enhanced cleaning and a limit of up to four families at a time.

Please only use this facility if you are with a guest who has additional sensory needs and requires the use of a sensory space.

Please refrain from using mobile phones, eating, drinking or shouting within the Sensory Space in order to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for guests.
