Accessible toilet facilities are located near the access entrance behind the Stalls, providing step-free access once inside the building. This ensures essential facilities are available without needing to navigate stairs.

Parking is not available directly at the theatre, but there are on-street disabled parking bays nearby, as well as accessible spaces within local car parks such as Charing Cross. The central location also makes the venue accessible via public transport.

Access to refreshments is available within the Stalls level, with step-free access to the bar. For added convenience, an at-seat service is also available, allowing visitors to order refreshments without leaving their seats.

The theatre offers a range of assisted performances, including audio-described, captioned and British Sign Language interpreted shows.
