Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Disability Days Premium Membership

1.1. Disability Days operates the website Disabilitydays.com with its membership scheme.

1.2. This page describes the terms and conditions on which we supply Disability Days Premium Memberships.

1.3. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before becoming a Premium member. You should understand that by signing up to become a member, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

1.4. On the membership payment page there is a checkbox stating that you have read & accepted these terms & conditions, and consent to us processing your data in accordance with our privacy policy. If this checkbox is not ticked, please understand that you will not be able to become Disability Days Premium member.

1.5. By becoming a Disability Days Premium member, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.

1.6. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by giving you notice by posting the amended terms and conditions on our site.

1.7. After you sign up for Disability Days Premium membership, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that you have become a member.

2. Membership renewal & cancellation

2.1. The Disability Days Premium membership is an ongoing subscription service, so your membership is continuous and renews automatically.

2.2 For monthly subscriptions, your membership will renew each month on the same calendar date you signed up – i.e. if you signed up on 1st of the month, it will renew on 1st of the month. If the date you signed up does not exist in any given month – for example, if you sign up on the 31st August – then it will renew on the last day of the month, i.e. 30th September.

2.3 For annual subscriptions, your membership will renew on the same calendar date of the original signup in the following year.

2.4 Your renewal date and subscription type is displayed under the “My Account” section when logged in to Https://Disabilitdays.com. You should make yourself aware of your renewal date. Please be aware that Disability Days do not send out subscription renewal reminders.

2.5 If you would like to cancel your membership you can do so by navigating https://disabilitydays.com/membership-account/ and selecting the Cancel Button within your membership portal alternatively please email us at memberships@disabilitydays.com with the subject membership canccelation followed the username associated with your membership and a member of our team will delete your account and all associated information.

2.6 You will recieve an email confirming your membership cancellation within 5 working days of the cancellation.

2.7 In the event of cancellation, you will be able to use your membership incentives up until the day before your final cancellation date as stated upon the time of cancellation.

2.8 Disability Days may still contact you following cancellation of membership in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Consumer rights

3.1 You have the right to cancel your membership with us within 14 days of your original signup. This does not apply to subsequent renewals. From time to time certain promotions may have different requirements regarding the cancellation period. Specific cancellation policies will be detailed throughout the purchase process.

3.2 If you cancel your membership within the 14 day cooling off period, you will be refunded the cost of the membership option you have chosen.

3.3 Subject to any other statutory rights you may have, we do not provide refunds for any cancellations after the expiry of the cooling off period.

3.4 Access to member incentives will be removed immediately following cancellation if within the 14 day cooling off period.

4. Payment and pricing

4.1. The price of membership will be as quoted on the website at the point of signing up, except in cases of obvious error.

4.2. We may change the price of membership from time to time; however, any price changes will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you via email.

4.3. Payment is by credit or debit card, or occasionally through use of online payment services such as Paypal. We will charge your card at the point you sign up to become a Disability Days Premium member, and then on subsequent renewal dates for the lifetime of the membership.

4.4 Disability Days reserves the right to withdraw access to the membership website area and partner incentives in the event of non-payment.

4.5. Disability Days accepts no liability for banking charges incurred as a result of the membership fee being taken.

5. Partner Incentives

5.1. The Disability Days Premium membership grants access to partner incentives at participating venues and websites via the logged-in area of https://disabilitydays.com/members-area/

5.2. Each participating partner may stipulate individual terms & conditions specific to their incentive. These are displayed at the relevant points when claiming the incentive.

5.3. Participating partners are entitled to withdraw from the membership or to change the terms and conditions of incentives and their availability after you have become a member.

5.4 Disability Days shall have no liability for any such withdrawals or changes in partner terms and conditions.

5.5. We will use reasonable endeavours to update the membership website to show the particulars of participating partners and the terms of their availability.

5.6. Members will benefit from incentives given by any additional participating partners which join the membership at a later date following initial signup, plus new incentives and their availability.

5.7. Any online or printed marketing material is intended as a guide to partners who are participating at the time of publication, and therefore may not include all incentives at any one time.

6. Proof of membership

6.1. Incentives displayed within the Disability Days Premium membership website are only available to people with an active Disability Days Premium membership and their companions, in accordance with any individual terms and conditions stipulated by the partner.

6.2. Members may be asked to prove their membership at any participating partner venue before the incentive is redeemed, including that their named identification matches the name of the Disability Days Premium membership holder.

6.3. Disability Days Premium memberships are strictly non-transferable. Any attempted misuse of membership may result in the Disability Days Premium Membership being cancelled.

7. Liability

7.1. If Disability Days Premium fail to comply with these terms and conditions, Disability Days Premium shall only be liable for the membership fee and nothing further.

7.2. Disability Days Premium accept no liability arising out of, or in connection with, the experience when redeeming a partner incentive. We will not get involved in disputes between our members and partners.

7.3. We do not give any warranty for any goods or services accessed through, or displayed on, our site.

8. Third Party Brand Campaigns – Annual Memberships

From time-to-time Disability Days promote discounted subscriptions via third parties. Specific promotional pricing and renewal prices are displayed on the third party’s platform and the following conditions apply to all promotions. Promotions are available to UK residents (excluding NI) age 18+. Valid for new memberships created. The Disability Days Premium membership is an ongoing subscription service, so your membership is continuous and renews automatically. Your membership will auto in-line with your subscription from the date of your sign up at the rate shown upon sign up unless cancelled as listed in section 2. Membership renewal & cancellation. Your renewal date and subscription type is displayed under the ‘My Account’ section when logged in. Please make yourself aware of the renewal date as Disability Days do not send renewal reminders. You can change your membership to an alternative plan at any time including Free in your My Account Page or by emailing Memberships@disabilitydays.com with the subject line Membership change followed the email address associated with your membership. Please ensure any alterations to your subscription are actioned BEFORE your renewal date. If you would like to cancel your membership you must email Memberships@disabilitydays.com with the subject line Cancel Membership Followed by the email address assocciated with your membership. If you have any issues with this process, then please email our team at Memberships@disabilitydays.com and we will respond with an email confirming your membership cancellation. Please refer to the T&C’s above regarding payment terms applied to cancellations.
