Overlooking the sandy beaches of North Berwick and perched on the Firth of Forth, the Scottish Seabird Centre is a five-star destination that caters to all ages. Rain or shine, visitors can embark on an unforgettable adventure at the Discovery Centre. As the world leader in remote wildlife viewing, the Centre allows guests to get up close and personal with amazing wildlife through interactive cameras that stream live close-ups of seabirds and marine wildlife from nearby islands onto giant screens. The Centre is open year-round, and visitors can enjoy different wildlife sightings throughout the seasons, from puffins to porpoises, gannets to guillemots, and seals to shags.

The Centre boasts a variety of attractions, including the wildlife cinema, Kids’ Zone (a soft play area), aquaria, and Environment Zone. Additionally, guests can indulge in some retail therapy in the excellent gift shop and sample seasonal local produce in the popular cafe.

Between March and October (weather permitting), the Centre’s Seabird Seafari wildlife boat trips run to the world-famous Bass Rock (home to the world’s largest single island gannet colony) and the Isle of May National Nature Reserve.
