Arrival and Check-In:
- Upon arrival at The Bear Grylls Adventure, you will be welcomed by the friendly Admissions team.
- Present your order number for seamless check-in.
- The team will provide a detailed overview of what to expect during your action-packed day.
Activity Start Time and Reservations:
- During the booking process, you will have the opportunity to select your desired activity start time.
- Reserve your space to ensure availability for your chosen activities.
Arrival Time Recommendation:
- It is recommended that guests arrive approximately half an hour before their scheduled activity start time.
- This allows sufficient time for check-in procedures, storing belongings, and preparing for the upcoming activities.
Where is the disabled parking?
The Bear Grylls Adventure has disabled parking slots right next to our adventure park entrance. On the day, please enter via NEC Gate 1, where security will direct you to our site side parking. Access will only be granted for those who have pre-booked a space.

We ask that you do this with at least 3 days notice so we are able to pass your details to our partners at The NEC. We cannot guarantee reservations made on the day of your visit.

Do I need medical sign off to take part in an activity?
We ask that all guests read over the relevant activity waiver before their visit to avoid disappointment on the day. You can find all adventure waivers here.
Do you have wheelchair access?
The Bear Grylls Adventure has step-free access throughout, and is wheelchair accessible.
Are your activities wheelchair accessible?
We are able to accommodate wheelchair users on our Shooting, Archery, Escape Room, Dive, Snorkel and iFLY activities. Unfortunately, our High Ropes and Climb activities are not yet wheelchair accessible, though this is something we endeavour to make fully accessible in the future.
Are there disabled changing facilities?
The Bear Grylls Adventure has disabled changing facilities for visitors participating in Dive or Snorkel. For all other activities we ask our guests to arrive adventure ready, wearing wearing comfortable active wear you can move in and lace up trainers.
Are there disabled toilets?
The Bear Grylls Adventure has disabled toilets located on the ground floor of the attraction. This is wheelchair accessible.
Do you use sensory effects?
The attraction and some activities use a variety of sensory effects including audio, visual, touch and smell designed to enhance the overall experience of each area. Please speak to a member of the team if you would like more information regarding this.
