Parking charges do not apply to Blue badge holders

There is level access from the car park to the venue but it does involve a road crossing.

If this above car park is full there is on-road parking in Arun Parade Roughly 100 spaces this parking is 1 hour no return within 1 hour unless you have a blue badge then it is 3 hours no return within 1 hour. Parking is free here

There is level access into the venue via the entrances.

The venue has level access across the site and is made up of concrete.

Both the Castle Slide and Sharksville Adventure Golf are inaccessible to wheelchairs 

There is an accessible toilet on site.

Rides that operate at height (Water Chute and Ocean Coaster) require all riders to be able to walk unaided up the stairs to the loading platform. 

Most other rides within the park can be enjoyed by guests with mobility problems where the guest can hold themselves in a seated position unsupported, and, with assistance, vacate their chair and the ride. and they are able  to transfer onto the ride unaided or with the aid of a companion ( due to safety procedures the staff are not able to assist you.)

The accessible toilets are located within the main Fun Park building and the Fishing Village Building.

There are public toilets behind the venue that include an outdoor shower area for beach users

The toilets feature the following:

• Wide entry doorway that opens outwards
• Transfer space to the side of the toilet
• Dropdown rail to the side of the toilet
• Fixed handrail to the side of the toilet and the wash basin
• Lowered wash basin with lever style tap
• Disposal facilities

Harbour park provide free carer wristbands on a 1:1 basis for those visiting with a disabled guest.

The carer must be over the age of 16.

To be eligible for a free carer wristband you must provide one of the following:

• DLA/PIP Paperwork
• Compass Card
• Nimbus Access Card

To redeem the wrist band speak to a member of staff in the Gift hut.

For the carer to access the rides they must accompany the Disabled guest onto the ride otherwise they will be required to purchase a General Access Wristband.

This venue does not have a changing place room however there is one at the Creative Cafe Hub roughly 600 meters away around a 10 minute walk
