Linton Zoo

Attraction Information

Linton Zoo was established by a family who shared a deep love and concern for the welfare of wildlife across the globe. Since its inception in 1972, the zoo has flourished into a magnificent and exotic animal sanctuary, spanning across 18 acres, which remains as dedicated to conservation as it was at its inception.

In addition to the vast array of fauna, which includes African lions, tigers, snow leopards, zebras, kangaroos, lemurs, macaws, owls, tortoises, snakes, lizards, and tarantulas, new animal species are welcomed every year. The environment surrounding the zoo has been adorned with over 10,000 bulbs, shrubs, and trees to ensure a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for visitors and animals alike.

Visitors can explore a collection of dinosaurs, learning about their extinction and children can enjoy the designated play area. There are also numerous picnic spots scattered throughout the well-maintained gardens, making it the perfect day out for families.
