Disability Days Affiliate Program – Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern participation in the Disability Days Affiliate Program (“the Program”). By enrolling or continuing to participate, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you may not take part in the Program.
1. Eligibility & Participation
To join the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate registration details
- Operate legally and ethically in your region
- Maintain a valid email address for communication
We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion and may request verification where necessary.
2. Affiliate Link Usage
Affiliates will receive unique tracking links to refer users to Disability Days. You agree to:
- Use official links, banners, and promotional materials only
- Not modify or alter the tracking code
- Ensure links are placed in a clear and non-misleading manner
- Disclose your affiliate relationship where required under applicable laws (including UK advertising guidelines)
Links may be shared on websites, social media, blogs, or other approved digital platforms.
3. Acceptable Promotion Methods
You may promote Disability Days through:
- Website content, articles, or recommendations
- Email newsletters (opt-in audiences only)
- Social media posts and content
- Paid advertising, unless restricted below
You may not promote the Program through:
- Spam emails or unsolicited messaging
- Misleading or exaggerated claims about earnings or platform features
- Cookie stuffing or forced link interactions
- Illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or adult-focused content
- Bidding on branded keywords (such as “Disability Days”) without written permission
Violations may result in immediate removal from the Program.
4. Commissions & Payments
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying actions such as referrals, listing upgrades, or other defined conversions made through their tracking link.
- Commission rates and structures will be provided at signup and may vary
- Payments are issued monthly or once the minimum payout threshold is reached
- Self-referrals, fraudulent traffic, and cancelled transactions are not eligible
- Chargebacks or refunds may be deducted from future earnings
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable notice via email or on our website.
5. Data & Privacy
Affiliates may have access to reporting tools to track clicks, conversions, and earnings. This does not grant ownership of:
- User data
- Platform systems
- Internal analytics
Affiliates must comply with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR. Personal data must not be collected, stored, or shared without appropriate consent.
6. Brand Representation & Conduct
By participating, affiliates agree to represent Disability Days accurately and professionally. You may not:
- Claim to act on behalf of Disability Days
- Create imitation or misleading websites or platforms
- Use our branding, trademarks, or logo without permission
We reserve the right to request edits or removal of any promotional content that misrepresents the platform.
7. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that:
- Breach these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Generate false or manipulated referrals
- Harm the reputation or trust of the platform
Affiliates may leave the Program at any time by providing written notice.
Any outstanding commissions will be paid if they are valid, verified, and meet payout criteria at the time of termination.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service or commission structures where necessary. Updates will be published on this page, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Disability Days does not guarantee income, traffic, or conversion rates from participation in the Affiliate Program.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of earnings or indirect financial losses
- Technical issues affecting tracking or reporting
- Interruptions or downtime of the platform
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
